Mid-Week Wishlist

Mid-Week Wishlish

Hi guys! Today I have my first wishlist on this blog (yay). Working out how much these things cost has really made me realise how much I want a purse that creates money.

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette
Debenhams - £20

I think most beauty bloggers want/have this palette, and I am most definitely one of the ones who want it. I really wish there was a cheaper dupe made, just like the Naked 2 Palette which was copied by MUA, because for a small palette £20 is quite a bit!

Emma Hardie Amazing Face Cleansing Balm
Feel Unique - £34 (100ml)

I have heard so many people talking about this saying how great it is on combination skin especially. The price tag is quite a lot, however everyone I've spoken to seem to think it is worth it. I seriously want to try this, so I might have to get saving!

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation
Boots - £8.99

This new foundation seems to have been getting a lot of great comments from the beauty blogging community. I don't really wear foundation much as I have pretty good skin, but this is suppost to be a really light foundation with great coverage, so this might be great for me!

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush
Boots - £9.99

I don't actually own any Real Techniques brushes, which is probably really bad considering I am a beauty blogger. I can't really say that much about a brush, except Real Techniques brushes are always raved about by everyone, so I am excited about getting one of these.

Bow Detail Nude Quilted Clutch
Miss Selfridge - £18

How cute is this clutch?! I don't usually have a big love of clutches, however this one is definitely an exception! I love the colour of it and the little diamante bow. I can see me buying this and it being one of those things I love, but just don't use.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
Asos - £10.95

I love doing my nails, however I hate waiting forever for them to dry. This is where this top coat comes in. Many people have said this actually works well, which makes me really want to get it as this may make me like painting my nails regularly.

River Island Light Pink Cross Body Satchel
River Island - £24
Note: This was on River Island's website when I started writing this post, but it has disappeared this evening so I can't give the link.

Woops, another satchel. This bag is absolutely gorgeous, I adore the detail and buckles on it. It looks casual yet classy at the same time, but would still look great with some skinnys and a top in Spring/Summer.

Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover
Boots - £4.99

This seems to be one of the most talked about things at the moment. We all hate having to stand there rubbing away at nail polish to get it off (especially glitter nail polish), so this seems like the perfect solution. All you do is dip your nail in the pot and rub it on the sponge inside, supposedly taking all of your nail polish off in seconds. I MUST have this!

Mac Paint Pot (Shade Lets Skate)
Mac - £14.50

And finally. I actually saw this in one of FleurDeForce's videos on Youtube, and just fell in love with the colour! In the pot it looks very pink and glittery (which I really didn't like the look of), however when it was blended on the eyelid it became a gorgeous, pale nude/pink, shimmery colour. It looked really pretty, but since it is made by Mac its price tag is obviously quite big.

Have you tried any of these things and what did you think of them? Please tell me in the comments as it might force me to buy it (not like I need any forcing though)!

  3. The Nearly Naked Foundation is gorgeous, but I didn't find it all that light. I've fairly good skin as well and I don't need a heavy coverage, so this will probably apply like a medium-full coverage foundation on you as well. That's what I've found anyway! :)

I'm still debating the Real Techniques brushes. I've seen very few people talking about them (must be looking in the wrong places!) but I've always tempted everytime I'm in Boots!

  4. The Naked palette is AMAZING! :) I would recommend it, I use it nearly every day as it has colours for day and night, and I use the darker shades as eyeliner! :)
