My Top 5 For Under £5

Hi guys! Today I am doing a "top 5 for under £5" post, because I have had few people ask me to do one and I thought it would be fun. So here goes!

Make Up Academy Lipstick Shade 16

First of all is the Make Up Academy lipstick in the shade 16. This was in my MUA haul post the other week, but since then I have been wearing it loads!

It is a really nice pale pink/nude colour, the pigment is great and it doesn't make your lips go dry. The only thing slightly bad about it is that when you have a lip balm/gloss over the top, the lipstick "gathers" around the corners of your mouth.

Only £1 from Superdrug!

Palmer's Dark Chocolate &
         Peppermint Lip Butter

Next is another lip product. I normally wear Palmer's Dark Chocolate & Peppermint lip butter under lipstick, to ensure my lips don't dry out, or just by itself. It tastes, and smells, ridiculously amazing, and keeps my lips really soft.

£2.75 from Superdrug.

             Sainsburys Shea Butter +
                        Jojoba Bath Creme

Sainsburys shea butter + jojabo bath creme is a seriously good bubble bath, especially for its price. You only need a tiny bit to make loads of bubbles, which means that one bottle last for ages! It smells just as its name suggests, like shea butter. It also leaves your skin feeling pretty soft.

The only thing a bit annoying about this is the fact that the smell wears off quite quickly, after putting it in the bath, which is a real shame. However it is still worth trying!

£1.49 from Sainsburys.

  Collection 2000 Lasting
       Perfection Concealer

Next is the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer. I have heard so many people talking about this, saying how good it is, so I had to try it!

The coverage is really good, however it can be quite hard to blend if you put a little bit too much on. I like how you get it out using a little brush (a lot like a lip gloss wand), and this makes it far easier to get the amount you want out, instead of squeezing it out of a tube. I don't really have much else to say about it apart from that it is a great concealer!

£4.19 from Boots

                  Simple Kind To Skin
     Hydrating Light Moisturiser

The Simple Kind To Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser, has got to be my favourite moisturiser for dry skin! It really does help me, because I get dry skin in the Autumn/Winter months (especially on my nose), and since I have been using it it has helped me so much.

It absorbs really quickly, and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. It stays on your skin, keeping it soft, for absolutely ages, and it also works really well as a primer!

Definitely one of my favourite moisturisers!

£3.79 from Boots.

Have you tried any of these products and what did you think of them? Also what are your beauty favourites that cost less than £5? Please tell me in the comments! :)

  1. I know this was from a while ago but great post! Sometimes people recommend quite expensive products so I was happy that someone decided to do something like this! x
